Last weekend we went for a drive up to Lake Cachuma. I really wanted to go play with the new camera. The pictures are out of order but here are some of the better ones.
We took Emily with us so she could get out of the house and play with her point and shoot camera.
We saw a really pretty woodpecker. 
And some flowers by the lake.
And some bushes. The lake was pretty full of water. This weekend I am taking the camera and Emily to the LA Zoo. Emily has never been there so I figured I would take her and get her out of her bedroom where she spends all of her time.
