Penn & Teller

See that guy playing the instrament (dont know what its called) thats Penn! Jeremy noticed it a few minutes after we sat down and hardly anyone in the audience noticed. Your not supposed to take any pictures there but i took this blurry picture. They did a really great magic show. I was glad that we went to ot even though the tickets werent cheap. Jeremy won a $400 jackpot on a penny machine so i let him spend some of it on something he really wanted to do. I loved watching Penn on celebrity apprentice, its a shame that donald trump fired him a few weeks ago. If you are in vegas and want to see a show i would totally recommend them!

The best beef jerky in the universe

Thats what the package claims...and guess what...it is true!!! We took a trip to vegas over the weekend and stopped at Alien Fresh Jerky in Baker on the way home. This stuff is incredible. We ate an entire bag of honey teriaky flavor on the way home, it was so good. I wish we would have stopped there on the way to vegas but we didnt. Now that we know how good it is we will ne stopping there more often. In fact they have a website www.alienfreshjerky.com and i will be ordering more. The only problem with ordering it is they had a special at the store of 3 bags for $20. I didnt see that special online but am going to email them and ask about it.

We did do something fun in Vegas, we saw Penn and Teller do their magic show. Totally worth the price of the tickets. I will tell you more later. Its way past my bedtime!

What I want for my Birthday...

Haha, that title reminds me of the theme Ralphie has to write in A Christmas Story, except I don't want a Red Rider Gun, with a compass and a stock and a thing that tells time. Oh no, I want tickets to see Aerosmith in August at the Hollywood Bowl. I am going to check ticket prices this weekend when they go on sale. I have loved Aerosmith for as long as I can remember. One of my very first cassette tapes was Aerosmith Permant Vacation. I only watch American Idol for Steven Tyler. I must go to this concert.

In other news I heard on the news Sunday night after our big rain storm..they said STORM WATCH. Ha Ha, it was a little late for that considering the rain was gone by then.

Somethings missing

All winter I felt like somehting was missing and this morning I figured out what it is. We have not had Storm Watch 2012 yet this year!! Yesterday I frooze all day and today is supposed to be 71 and sunny. Next week we may get a little rain on Tuesday, but where is Storm Watch 2012??? It certainly isn't here. I wonder if we will even get to have it this year.

Mint Julep

I just found this picture on my phone. Its a mint julep from Disneyland. Yummy!!! Now i need to go there just to have one. I knew i should have deleted this picture a long time ago.

Hopefully i will catch up on blogging soon. I still need to post pictures from our trip in December.

Valentines Day and plumbing issues

We are not very big on Valentines Day. To me its just a day to waste money and buy stuff that no one really wants. Why show someone that you love them one day a year when you should be doing that everyday. Anyway, Jeremy did go pick us up dinner from Dominicks, we had yummy salad and pizza. He did speak with the manager and found out that they are getting their cappucino ice cream back which is good because we stopped going because they didnt have my ice cream.

I got out of the shower this morning and discovered that the shower wasnt draining. Jeremy went into the bathroom a little while later he noticed that the floor was all wet and there was water coming from the bottom of the toilet. EWWWWWW. I went into the other bathroom and saw water in the bathtub and when I left for work there was water in the driveway. He called the park because last time this happened it was the parks plumbing, anyway they are sending someone over to look at it. Hopefully it is the parks problem and they can fix it today. If its not the parks issue then we are going to call my dad because I can't afford a plumber right now.

Wonder Woman

Last weekend i got to go to magic mountain with the kids and their parents. I didnt take any pictures except this one. Theresa won a wonder woman cape. Next time she has to win one for me.
